19th Century Capodimonte Style European Hand Painted Coffee Cup & Saucer
Nice late 19th century porcelain cup and saucer. Hand painted in the Capodimonte style. The cup is decorated with raised figural cherubs with grapes. The saucer is decorated with raised figural cherubs with horns. With gold gilt highlights around the center of the saucer and the foot of the cup. Entwined twig handle with molded grapes on either side. Has a blue underglaze pseudo Capodimonte mark  and impressed number 1972.
Has some wear to the gilding, but is in otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The cup measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 3 1/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
