Antique Capodimonte Ginori Porcelain Figural / Figurine of a Royal Wig Fitting.  Appears to be some repairs to one of the ladies as shown. Also looks like there was something in the wig fitters hand which has broken off. Has some minor staining and dust as expected with an older piece that should be cleanable if desired.  The figural measures approx 8" tall by 12" wide by 8" deep.
