    World class gold certified coin with Provenance dating back to around 1900. Seldom seen and worthy of a fine world gold collection.
    Malta, Sovereign Military Order. 1773 Gold 10 Scudi, Rare, Grand Master Francis Ximenez De Texada, Small Armored Bust R.;
    Spink (in England) sold this coin circa 1900 for 25 Shillings, then "Seaby's Bin", Nov '63 for 40 British Pounds;
    Spink again Sept '73 for 450 British Pounds. This "Order" is the Hospitalier Sovereignty (Crusades) a religious order that had minting powers.
