This is a NEAR NEW, NEAR MINT CONDITION Cornwell Blue Power 12-piece STUBBY METRIC ratcheting combination wrench set!  Sizes are:  8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19MM (BPRW8MS thru BPRW19MS).  These stubby ratcheting wrenches are great in tight spots where a standard wrench won't fit.  To change directions, you simply flip the wrench over.  The set comes in a nice hard foam tray for safekeeping.  This is a great looking wrench set that will look great in your toolbox!
