German Regimental Military Beer Stein 3 Garde z Fuss Berlin 1904-06 Res Goltsche

We have a Regimental that belonged to Reservist Goltsche. This 1/2L 11 1/8” tall porcelain stein was made for the 8. Comp. 3. Garde Regt. Zu Fuss in Berlin Germany from 1904 to 1906.
The scene includes many Infantry training scenes. The large seated soldier finial and ld is made from pewter. There is a lithophane in the bottom of a soldier and girlfriend saying farewell that can be seen when the beer stein has been emptied. The stein has a base chip repaired in the back. The black color is faded.
This stein is a very rare stein and would be a great addition to any advanced collectors collection.
