Rifle Cartridge-Bullet Desktop Display Board Set

Desktop Rifle Cartridge Display.  Base is natural solid sapele.  No stain or paint. Just sanded & neatly sealed bare wood with clear coating to protect this beautiful wood.  There is a neatly applied felt pad on the bottom of the board to prevent marring of the board or the area it is displayed on.  Rifle cartridges consist of an attractive stepped selection including (the cute little) 17 HMR, 22 Hornet, 223 Remington (5.56), 308 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield and the massive 338 Lapua Magnum.  The cartridges are made from actual ammunition and have been cleaned/polished and sealed with purpose made brass sealer to prevent tarnishing.  They have all had the gun powder removed and the primers are either fired/spent or removed entirely.  The identification label securely mounted to the board is a CNC engraved solid brass plate.  As they are all hand made there may be slight scratches on the brass plate (seems like if you just look at brass plate wrong it picks up a scratch).   The set includes individual blue cards with interesting facts about each and every cartridge on the board.  This is high a quality, hand-constructed display.  They are all handmade so each is a little different from the other,  A random set was used for the pictures in this sale.  It's a handsome display sure to strike up conversations and is just plain COOL!
