Over all, Good to Very Good, Gently Used, Vintage condition.  Wear consistent with age and gentle use.  I see a small chip near the rim that I didn't even notice at the estate sale.  It is shown in close up photo numbers 4 and 12.  It blends in with the colors upon the ashtray so well that it is hardly noticeable in my opinion, but decide for yourself. Zoom in on all of the photos as part of the description.
Measures approximately 6 1/2" Across in diameter from rim to rim x 1 3/8" Tall.
