A Porcelain Floral Motif Woven Basket Centerpiece by Capodimonte, Italy, c. Mid 20th Century. This Porcelain Centerpiece Basket
by Copodimonte would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The bright white porcelain shows a heavily detailed woven motif throughout. Each side of the piece shows dimensional hand painted pink roses and green foliage - It contrasts nicely. The large top handle stretches from side to side, making this the perfect centerpiece, fruit basket or bread display. The underside is marked Capodimonte Italy along with the N Crown stamp.
Condition:
This piece is in overall good condition. Mild chips are shown in select areas from age, most notably along one of the roses petals and along the rim. These areas are circled in our photo gallery to reference.
